Did you know?
The Varatys Rendering Engine Suite allows you to stitch one product image into a pattern of assets!

Rendering Suite Engine Walk-Through

Our Rendering Engine Suite has such a wide range of possibility. The following are just a few examples of what can be crafted.

Masking and Painting a Room:

Masking is the process of defining areas that will be available for rendering. This masking is accomplished by using the Varatys Masking Application.

The Rendering Engine Suite allows you the ability to mask multiple surfaces throughout an image. Individual surfaces may also be linked into regions.

The Rendering Engine analyzes the underlying layers’ luminance and shadow detail and chooses appropriate brightness and opacity to render realistic looking products at the time of masking.

The example on the right shows the masking layers of the different image surfaces.

Stitching a Pattern:

The Rendering Engine Suite allows you the ability to stitch one product image into a pattern of assets.

You can render a product asset or assets continuously horizontally and vertically across the selected surface.

Multiple product assets of the same type (same SKU) can be randomly stitched together to create a more realistic rendering effect.

For example, when rendering hardwood flooring, it is ideal to stitch together 7 – 18 planks of different lengths and shading.

Overlaying an Object on a Surface:

The Rendering Engine Suite allows you the ability to render an overlay of a single object onto a surface.

You can define where on the surface you would like the object placed. The surface could be a floor, where the overlay would be an area rug.

The example on the right shows an area rug placed in a room scene.
